This team is responsible for developing, marketing and servicing American Express ® consumer and small business Card products and related services outside the U.S. To add value for existing customers and reach new ones, this group creates unique marketing and co-branding partnerships with associations, financial institutions, travel providers and retailers.
Customer Services International (CSI)
Customer Service International provides American Express' renowned brand of customer service to consumer, merchant and corporate Cardmembers outside the United States. From 23 locations around the world, CSI employees issue cards, staff call centres, print letters and statements, process applications, resolve disputes and carry out risk management policies and procedures.
Global Business Travel (GBT)
Global Business Travel is dedicated to helping customers realise the greatest possible value from their investment in travel through increased cost savings, outstanding customer service and greater spend control. GBT is the world's largest online and offline travel management company, booking more transactions than all other agencies combined and working around the world, around the clock, to meet each clients unique needs.
Travellers Cheques and Prepaid Services (TCPS)
Our Travellers Cheques & Prepaid Services Group (TCPS) provides consumers worldwide with a broad selection of secure and convenient alternatives to cash and other payment methods, including Travellers Cheques, Gift Cheques and Gift Cards.
Global Commercial Card (GCC)
The Global Commercial Card (GCC) group markets the Corporate Card, Corporate Purchasing Solutions and other corporate payment products to mid-size, large and global companies. This group also developed S2S, a suite of "Source-to-Settle" solutions that help large companies streamline their purchasing process through electronic services.
Merchant Services International (MSi)
This team manages all aspects of our vitally important merchant relationships. Along with developing products and services that add value to our merchants, Merchant Services International (MSi) works to broaden our merchant network and expand our reach in new market segments.
Global Network Services (GNS)
Global Network Services (GNS) manages American Express' relationships with card-issuing business partners, typically banks and financial institutions, around the world.

As a strategic partner to all our business units, American Express Technologies (AET) supports American Express' quest to become the world's most respected service brand by finding innovative ways to leverage technology.
Our Finance team helps American Express achieve its strategic objectives by providing analysis on the viability of business ventures and shaping the launch of new products. It is also the traditional champion of maximizing shareholder value, monitoring business economics and providing central control and transaction services. The team manages $13 billion worth of assets and is growing 15% year on year. Controllership Finance supports all business units within Australia and New Zealand, however the global nature of American Express provides the opportunity to make cross border relationships.
