Our largest area of recruitment is in our Customer Service International Business Unit, and as the name suggests, we focus on attracting and retaining those with premium customer service skills. They may work in our consumer or corporate call centres, our fraud, risk or new account areas or in the wide variety of leadership roles on offer, but all share the same vision of service excellence.

American Express is also one of the world's largest travel suppliers, and consequently we recruit a large number of people into our Global Business Travel and Membership Travel Services areas. American Express Travel Consultants are also focussed on the provision of exceptional service, while developing and utilising their knowledge of the travel industry to support corporate clients and premium Cardmembers.

American Express also recruits a broad range of skill set in our other Business Units, such as:

•  Marketing professionals, including B2B specialists, direct marketers, campaign managers, product specialists and communication and brand managers
