    • Access to Platinum Business Concierge and the Business Card Service team. A team of experts who will attend to your business requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Complimentary enrolment in Membership Rewards™ Ascent Premium. You'll earn 1.5 points4 for every dollar spent up to $150,000 each year, reverting to 1 point for every dollar thereafter (reset annually).
    • Up to four Supplementary Cards for employees at no additional charge.
    • An annual subscription to BRW and the Weekend Financial Review³ and complimentary access to the Business Support Line.
    • The annual Card fee of $1,200 p.a. is tax deductible if the Card is used solely for business purposes.

2. Where transaction is flagged as mixed supply, or the requirements of the relevant Taxation Office ruling are not satisfied for a transaction, you must obtain a tax invoice to support your GST claims.

To apply online for the American Express Platinum Business Card you’ll need:

  • Latest tax year financial details
  • ABN number
  • Your driver's licence details (if you have one)
  • Merchant details(if applicable)
Approval Criteria
  • You are over 18 years of age.
  • You have a good credit rating.
  • You have an annual Income of $ 75,000 p.a. or more.
  • You are a permanent resident/citizen of Australia.
  • Your business has been running for over 1 year.
