Whether it’s delivering a well-timed bouquet of flowers, securing a restaurant reservation, responding to a ‘by invitation only’ event or arranging a stretch limousine, our service professionals will see that your requests are dealt with promptly. Simply call upon Platinum Concierge to do it all for you, giving you more hours in your day.

There is typically no cost for Platinum Concierge, although you are responsible for any purchases and/or shipping charges you authorise. Fees may apply for meetings and event planning.

Platinum membership gives you automatic and complimentary enrolment in Membership Rewards. Earn 1.5 points for each dollar you spend up to $200,000 each year and 1 point for every dollar thereafter.* And with points that don’t expire, you can redeem your reward points for travel and accommodation with Travelkey; for points in our partner frequent flyer and frequent guest programs**; for entertainment; or even to enjoy a salubrious shopping spree for items from the latest rewards catalogue or from our online selection.
