Automatic Payment Plan Enrol in our Automatic Payment Plan and each month we will deduct either the minimum monthly payment, a fixed amount or the total amount from your nominated account to pay your Card Account. Billpay You can pay your Card Account online or over the phone through your participating bank, credit union or building society using either your cheque or savings account. You will be asked for a Customer Reference Number, which is the same as your Card Account number and your payment will be processed within 3 days. Billpay Code - 5082
