For American Express ® Credit Cardholders:
From 3 March 2009, each time you obtain a Cash Advance from an ATM, you may be charged an upfront fee at the time of the transaction by the ATM owner. American Express will charge you the applicable Cash Advance fee in addition to the transaction amount and the ATM owner fee.
The transaction amount and the ATM owner fee will appear as a bundled amount on your account statement and the American Express Cash Advance fee will be separately itemised on your account statement.

For American Express ® Charge Cardholders:
From 3 March 2009, each time you obtain cash from your Bank Account under the Express Cash Program, you may be charged an upfront fee at the time of the transaction by the ATM owner. American Express will charge you the Express Cash access fee which is payable when cash is obtained using the Express Cash Network. The transaction amount, any ATM owner fee and the Express Cash access fee will appear as a bundled amount on your Bank Account statement.
