I have been charged more than once for the same goods or service.
Whether it’s a duplicate amount or something you paid for using a different means i.e. cash‚ cheque or another Card, we can help.If you paid using a different method you will need to provide proof of the alternate payment before we are able to apply a credit to your account.
There are two ways you can contact us to dispute a duplicate charge on your account.
Simply call us – enter your Card number then follow the prompts in our automated voice system. To locate the number go to Contact Us
Complete the Dispute Form online, print it and simply fax or mail to the contact details on the form (please remember to attach all records requested with the form).
