To be eligible for this benefit, you must have taken reasonable precautions not to disclose your credit card number and/or debit card Personal Identification Number (PIN) to any other person, and have kept this sensitive information strictly confidential and separate from your cards.
The emergency cash transfer and cost of airline ticket(s) will be billed to a credit card you specify at the time of reporting your cards lost or stolen and cannot exceed the available credit limit on that account. To be eligible for this benefit, you must be at least 160 kms from home, must immediately report your cards as lost or stolen to Identity Protection Services and request the benefit at the time of the report. Amount of funds transfer subject to available credit limit at the time of request and account must be in good standing.
