AMEX® ONLINE BANKING TUTORIAL - LOGGING IN

After you have successfully entered your User ID and Password:

  1. Enter your AMEX Client Number and PIN. Your PIN is the same 4-digit number you created to access the Amex Telephone Banking System. If you've forgotten this information, for security reasons you must call 1-888-461-2639 and speak to an Amex Banking Associate.
  2. Click "Continue" to access AMEX Online Banking. Inside this secure area, you'll be able to view your Portfolio, Account Activity and Make a Transfer.

Now you're ready to view your portfolio.

TIP

The next time you log in, you won´t have to enter your Client Number, only your PIN. Just be sure your cookies are enabled.
