The Quarterly Management Report

We will send you a clear and detailed report four times a year, showing what you and any Additional Cardmembers have spent, where and when. The information is separated into different categories (such as entertainment, travel, dining and shopping), so you can tell at a glance where your spending has been distributed. There are separate pages for each Cardmember, and a summary page for the overall account.

The Quarterly Management Report also saves you time when calculating your tax returns and helps standardise your company expenditure.
