No Pre-Set Spending Limit

The Business Card has no spending limit set in advance. Charges are approved based on your company's resources, payment history and spending patterns. So you'll always have instant access to the resources you need for any business expense. If you intend to make a purchase of considerably higher value than normal please call us in advance. This will help to avoid any inconvenience or delays when the transaction is being processed.

Access to Express Cash

With access to over 500,000 ATM locations worldwide, you'll never be left stranded without funds. Locally, Express Cash is available through over 230 AEON ATMs located in Circle K Stores, MTR stations, shopping malls and AEON branches in Hong Kong and over 2,000 Bank of China ATMs in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Tianjin. To apply for the Express Cash* facility, simple call 2277 1188.

*A nominal fee plus the withdrawal amount will be charged to your account for each transaction.

Emergency Cheque Cashing

Any time you need urgent funds, you can cash a personal cheque for up to US$800 in Travelers Cheques, plus the equivalent of US$200 in local currency** at any American Express Travel Services Office.

Online Fraud Protection Guarantee

When you use the American Express Card to purchase over the Internet, you will not be held responsible for any unauthorised charges online, provided you notify us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent transaction on your statement and you have compiled with the Card conditions. "Immediately" means on or before the due date of the statement in which the fraudulent transaction appears.

Convenient Payment Methods

Autopay is the easiest way to settle the balance of your Business Card account. Payment is made by direct transfer from your bank account on or before payment due date. Not only do you save time on paperwork, but your account is always paid on time - even when you are overseas. If you would like to enrol in the service, simply complete the enclosed form.
