Express Cash

With access to over 500,000 ATM locations worldwide, you'll never be left stranded without funds. Locally, Express Cash is available through over 230 AEON ATMs located in Circle K Stores, MTR stations, shopping malls and AEON branches in Hong Kong and over 2,000 Bank of China ATMs in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Tianjin. To apply for the Express Cash* facility, simple call 2277 1188.

Emergency Cheque Cashing

Any time you need urgent funds, you can cash a personal cheque for up to US$2,000 in Travelers Cheques, plus the equivalent of US$500 in local currency** at any American Express Travel Services Office.

Easy Payment Methods

Choose the method of payment that is most convenient for you.

Autopay-Automatically deducts the full amount from your designated bank account on or before Payment Due Date.

Payment by Phone (PPS) -For details, call 90000 222 329. For payment, plese call 18031 and the merchant code is "14".

Payment by Mail- Mail a crossed cheque payable to "American Express International Inc.," with the bottom of the statement to GPO Box 10066, Central, Hong Kong. Please write your account number on the back of the cheque.

Payment Collection Box- Place your crossed cheque and the bottom portion of your statement in the collection box at American Express Hong Kong Office (18/F, Cityplaza 4, 12 Taikoo Wan Road, Taikoo Shing). Make sure your Card account number is written on the back of your cheque. Cheques deposited before 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, will be credited on the same day.

  1. The 10% discount is applicable to purchase of regular-priced movie tickets at Broadway, PALACE or AMC cinemas box offices or through Cinemas Website.
  2. The 10% discount is applicable to a maximum of 8 tickets per transaction.
  3. The 10% discount is not applicable to all tickets at $35 or below and all shows on Tuesday.
  4. The 10% discount is not applicable to tickets purchase through Cinemas booking hotline and the handling fee collected for online booking.
  5. The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer and not applicable to those films with special engagement with film distributors.
  6. This offer is not applicable to American Express Corporate Card and American Express Network Cards issued by other banks.

When you use the American Express Card to purchase over the Internet, you will not be held responsible for any unauthorized charges online, provided you notify us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent transaction on your statement and you have compiled with the Card conditions. "Immediately" means on or before the due date of the statement in which the fraudulent transaction.
