1. 1. Offer is applicable to Basic Cardmember of the American Express Platinum Credit Card. Offer is not valid for Supplementary Cardmembers.
2. Offer applicable to one table for a minimum of two persons, up to 12 diners.
3. Offer is applicable to one Basic Cardmember per table. Each Basic Cardmember can only enjoy the offer for a maximum of one table.
4. Discount is applicable to food for dinner la carte menu only, excluding all beverages and wine, tea & condiments, 10% service charge, festive products, set menus and discounted food items.
5. Private room bookings, banquets, and takeaways are excluded.
6. 1. Offer is valid until October 31, 2005 but not valid on February 8 to 11, 13 to14, March 24 to 28, April 3 to 5, 30, May 1, 2, 7, 8, 14 to16, June 10, 11, 18,19, 30, July 1, September 17-19, 30, October 1, 10, 11, 2005.
7. Children aged 6 years old or above will be counted as 1 person in this promotion.
8. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with set menu, discounted food items and any other promotional offers.
9. American Express Int'l Inc. and Maxim's Caterers Limited reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. In case of any dispute, American Express Int'l Inc. and Maxim's Caterers Limited reserve the right of final decision.
11. American Express Int'l Inc. assumes no responsibility for any loss of whatever nature resulting from the Cardmember taking up the offer.
