Emergency Card Replacement
If your Platinum Credit Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, simply call our 24-hour Hotline on 2277-2028 (if you’re overseas, notify the nearest Travel Service Office) and we will replace it for you. If the Card has been stolen, you must also report the theft to the local police.
