When you make a purchase with your Card, we will extend the original manufacturer's warranty of 1 to 3 years, by up to 1 year.Once the original manufacturer's warrant expires, Extended Warranty protection takes effect. The maximum coverage is HK$40,000* per item, and HK$150,000 per account per year.
If, within 14 days of purchase, you see an identical item offered at a cheaper price in Hong Kong, we will refund you the difference*.
*Once all the required documents are submitted and the claim is approved, we will credit your Gold Card account within 10 working days.
