Terms and Conditions:
- The 10% discount is applicable to purchase of regular-priced movie tickets at Broadway, PALACE or AMC cinemas box offices or through Cinemas Website.
- The 10% discount is applicable to a maximum of 8 tickets per transaction.
- The 10% discount is not applicable to all tickets at $35 or below and all shows on Tuesday.
- The 10% discount is not applicable to tickets purchase through Cinemas booking hotline and the handling fee collected for online booking.
- The 10% discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer and not applicable to those films with special engagement with film distributors.
- This offer is not applicable to American Express Corporate Card and American Express Network Cards issued by other banks.

No pre-set spending limits
The Gold Card gives you the freedom to spend as much as you please, based on your past payment pattern and personal resources. All we ask is that you pay your Gold Card account in total and on time each month.
No Worries Guarantee
Peace of mind for your purchases when you spend on The Gold Card. As a Gold Cardmember you can rest assured in the knowledge that your purchases are covered by four types of protection.
Return Guarantee
With the Return Guarantee, you can "buy now and decide later". Should you change your mind about something you bought, you can now return your purchases directly to American Express. Just bring them back to us within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a refund*. The maximum coverage is HK$5,000/claim and $15,000 per account per year. The first HK$150 of each item will not be paid.
Extended Warranty
Designed to protect Gold Card members in the event that their purchases breakdown, the Extended Warranty will provide up to 1 extra year of warranty when the manufacturer's warranty of one to three years expires. The maximum coverage is HK$40,000/item, and $15,000 per account per year.
Price Protection
With the Price Protection, you can relax and shop as you please. If, within 14 days of buying something, you see an identical item for purchase at a cheaper price in Hong Kong, we will refund the difference*. The minimum difference is HK$150 and the maximum coverage is HK$2,500/item and $15,000 per account per year.
*Once all the required documents are submitted and the claim is approved, we will credit your Gold Card account within 10 working days.
45 Days Cover
Designed to give Gold Card members peace of mind, covers your purchase against accidental damage or theft for up to 45 days after the date of purchase. The maximum claim is HK$10,000 per claim and HK$100,000 per year and a HK$150 deductible.

Online Fraud Protection Guarantee
When you use the American Express Card to purchase over the Internet, you will not be held responsible for any fraudulent charge, provided you notify us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent transaction on your statement and you have compiled with the Card conditions. "Immediately" means on or before the due date of the statement in which the fraudulent transaction appears.

Available only for HK$ Cardmembers and US$ Cardmembers billed from Hong Kong, with the exception of certain countries. Corporate Cardmembers can only Enroll in the Frequent Traveller Option and enrolment is subject to company's approval.
Supplementary Cards
Share the benefits of the Gold Card with your partner, children or a loved one. Spending on Supplementary Cards is itemized on the Basic Cardmember's monthly statement. If you have enrolled in our Membership Rewards Program, all the points earned on Supplementary Cards will be credited to the Basic Card account.
Replacing Lost or Stolen Cards
If the American Express Gold Card is lost or stolen, simply call our 24-hour Hotline on 2811 6122 (if you're overseas, notify the nearest Travel Service Office) and we will replace it free of charge. If the Card has been stolen, you must also report the theft to the local police.
