45 Days Cover

The 45 Days Cover, designed to give Credit Cardmembers peace of mind, covers your purchase against accident damage or theft for up to 45 days after the date of purchase. The maximum claim is HK$10,000 per claim and HK$100,000 per year and a HK$150 deductible.

Online Fraud Protection Guarantee

When you use the American Express Card to purchase over the Internet, you will not be held responsible for any unauthorised charges online, provided you notify us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent transaction and you have compiled with the Card conditions. "Immediately" means on or before the due date of the statement in which the fraudulent transaction appears.

Detailed Monthly Statements

The level of detail in your monthly Credit Card statement makes it easier to keep track of your expenses. It also shows you your minimum payment and the payment due date.

Easy payment methods

Choose the method of payment that is most convenient for you.

• Autopay — Automatically deducts either the minimum amount or the full amount from your designated bank account each month.
• Payment by Phone Service (PPS) — For details, call 90000 222 329. For payment, please call 18031 and the merchant code is "14".
• Cheque — Simply tear off the payment advice on the bottom of your statement and return it in the envelope supplied.
• Payment Collection Box — Place your crossed cheque and the bottom portion of the statement in the collection box at American Express Hong Kong Office*. Please write your Credit Card account number on the back of the cheque. Cheques deposited before 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday will be credited on the same day.
