Supplementary American Express Cheung Kong Cards

Share the benefits of Cheung Kong Cardmembership by giving your partner or responsible dependants aged 18 or over a Supplementary Cheung Kong Card. There is no Supplementary Cheung Kong Card fee for the first year. Spending on the Supplementary Cheung Kong Card is itemized on your account for payment and you earn points for all Supplementary Card spending.

Replacing Lost or Stolen Cards

If the American Express Cheung Kong Card is lost or stolen, simply call our 24-hour Hotline on 2811 6122 (if you're overseas, notify the nearest Travel Service Office) and we will replace it for you*. If the Card has been stolen, you must also report the theft to the local police.

*Please note that a replacement fee will apply.
Easy Payment Methods

Choose the method of payment that is most convenient to you.
  • Autopay — Automatically deducts either the minimum amount or the full amount from your designated bank account each month.
  • Payment by Phone Service (PPS) — For details, call 90000 222 329. For payment, please call 18031 and the merchant code is "14".
  • Cheque — Simply tear off the payment advice on the bottom of your statement and return it in the envelope supplied.
  • Payment Collection Box — Place your crossed cheque and the bottom portion of the statement in the collection box at American Express Hong Kong Office*. Please write your Credit Card account number on the back of the cheque. Cheques deposited before 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday will be credited on the same day.
