LOST OR STOLEN CARDS

In the event that your American Express Dollar or Euro Charge Card is lost, stolen or damaged, you can call American Express immediately at any time, day or night and we'll arrange to send you a replacement as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours.

Once the loss is reported, your liability for fraudulent use of the Card is limited to US$/€50. If you are travelling abroad and wish to have a Card sent to you, we can arrange for a replacement Card to be waiting for you at the nearest American Express Travel Service Location or to be delivered to you in person*.
