Get a replacement fast

Please write down your Gift Card number now, and put it in a safe place. If your Gift Card is ever lost or stolen, you can use that number to receive a prompt replacement. Call

Avoid Gift Card Declines

Ensure a smooth experience using your Gift Card. Before you check out, know your Gift Card balance - it's easy to do. Check your balance online, call 1800 103 1188, or send <GIFT> <YOUR CARD NUMBER> via SMS to 5616166. That way you can tell the cashier how much value you have on the Gift Card before you pay.

If your purchase total is greater than the Available Balance on your Gift Card, ask your merchant if you can use another form of payment - like cash or another card - to complete the transaction. Otherwise, your transaction may be declined.

To make a purchase for an amount greater than the Available Balance on your Gift Card:

  • At checkout, immediately tell the cashier you're using a Gift Card, and that your Available Balance is less than your total purchase.

  • Ask if you can use another form of payment to cover the balance of your purchase.

  • If the merchant accepts, tell your cashier to authorize your Gift Card only for the Available Balance and provide a second form of payment.
