You will be departing from InterContinental Bali Resort in the morning; tour begins with a stop in Batuan village to see some Balinese compounds. Each Balinese compound compdses of a number of separate buildings. most of them with verandahs that are the counterpart of rooms in the Western house and an area for family temple.

You will then be brought to Mas which is renowned for its traditional and fine woodcarvings. This village houses Bali's prominent woodcarvers. You will see the carvers at work at some workshops.

When visiting this cultural landmark of Bali, you will view some of astounding artworks of manyfamous local and foreign artists. The village is also well-known for its many art galleries, boutiques, restaurants and picturesque scenery. If you are interested in Balinese art and culture this is definitively the place to be.
Relax and enjoy some of your free time in the center of Ubud, you may want to strolling down the streets or shopping at the Ubud Market where you can find almost everything, from paintings, clothes, handicrafts to souvenirs.
On the way back to the hotel, you Wll cruise through different roads in which you will see more of exotic Balinese villages.
