1 The service lent by the Concierge consultants is completely free. However,
the shipment costs, freight, insurance, etc., of services or requested products,
will be charged to the Card member. All the requirements will be subject
to availability. The requested objects should be of legal course and for
sale, available in it's place of origin. The planning of events or meetings
may have a service charge.
2 All cancellations must be made by calling at least 24 hours in advance
of your reservation. Otherwise, you will be subject to a cancellation fee
of USD $15 per person (minimum of USD $60 maximum of USD $120). |
