| Travel Accident Insurance |
You and your family are also protected at no additional charge for up to US$ 250,000 against accidents when traveling on commercial carriers such as a plane, cruise or train, if you paid for your tickets with Rewards Gold Card5. |
| Car Rental Insurance |
Remember, when you rent a car using Rewards Gold Card, you do not have to accept the insurance that the rental company offers you because you already have rental car insurance that covers you against damage and theft. This coverage, besides being automatic, is at no cost to you6. |
| Card Replacement within 24hs |
In case your card is lost, damaged or stolen from you; we will replace your Card usually within 24 hours, anywhere in the world. |

Credit Card Registry ensures a Card member's cards will be protected. The service will cancel and request replacements of any lost or stolen cards - all with a single call. This includes all cards, not just American Express cards. Fraudulent charges will be reimbursed up to $5,000 per loss incident and up to $25,000 per enrollment7. |

| Cancellation of Insurance |
To cancel your enrollment in any of the insurance programs described above, you must contact the insurance provider directly. |

There is an annual membership fee of $65 for up to five (5) additional cards and an annual membership fee of $65 for each additional card after the first five (5) which will be billed to your Rewards Gold Card.
