As of August 2007, we are no longer accepting applications for the American Express Costco Card.
For existing Cardmembers, from April 1, 2008 onward, you will not be able to make purchases with your Card, transfer balances to your account, or use your Card to get cash, but you will continue to receive monthly statements until your balance is paid in full. Your payment terms, including minimum payments, continue in effect and are not impacted by this change. As a reminder, as of October 1, 2007, you can no longer add any Additional Cardholders to the account.

Starting on October 27, 2007, we are offering the TrueEarnings® Card from Costco and American Express, which offers many of the same benefits, with the addition of cash back on virtually all purchases. We invite you to apply for this Card by visiting any Costco warehouse in Puerto Rico.
