the valuable and exclusive benefits of club membership, simply do nothing and you will receive 12 more months
of club membership billed to your American Express® Card account at the special new member rate of $29.95
annually. Otherwise, simply call 1-800-214-0039 to cancel. If satisfied, you will receive continuous annual
renewal of your membership at the then current rate until you advise us to cancel. This rate is for new members
only, and is subject to applicable sales tax. Your American Express® Card will be credited for any remaining
months of your membership.
