Travel on Membership Rewards points:

'Points+Pay':
When using the 'Points+Pay' option you must redeem a minimum of 10,000 points or your total points balance, whichever is lower.

Airline Privilege Programme:
Offer and class of travel may vary by airlines. Offer may be valid for selected destinations/classes and is subject to availability and applicable taxes. Validity of the offer is subject to change and subject to terms and conditions of the participating airlines partners. Benefits only apply to bookings made through the Platinum Travel Service and with the Platinum Card. Airline partners and benefits (including fares) are subject to change without notice.

Cruise Privilege Programme:
Cruises cannot be purchased using Membership Rewards points. Cruise line partners may vary from year to year, contracts have different expiry dates and benefits are subject to change without notice. Benefits only apply to bookings made through the Platinum Travel Service and paid for with the Platinum Card.

Hertz Rental Car Membership:
Subject to the terms and conditions of the Hertz #1 Club Gold membership.

Avis Rental Car:
Upgrade is subject to availability at time of rental. Valid for a one-class upgrade from a Group A to a maximum Group E. Renter must meet AVIS standard age and credit requirements. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the AVIS Rental Agreement at the time of rental. An advance reservation with request for upgrade is required.

Fine Hotels and Resorts and Small Luxury Hotels:
The choice of complimentary benefit is at the discretion of the hotel you are staying at. Terms and conditions apply. Upgrades, late check-out and early check-in may not be available in certain instances and subject to hotel availability. All bookings must be made through Platinum Travel Service and paid for on the Platinum Card.
