2. I may cancel my participation in The Marco Polo Club at any time by contacting Cathay Pacific directly. Should my Platinum Card membership be cancelled for whatever reason, American Express will notify Cathay Pacific who will contact me with the membership options available to me.
3. My personal data may be used by Cathay Pacific for MPO enrolment and other MPO-related purposes in accordance with MPO's data privacy and security policy at www.cathaypacific.com/cpa/en_HK/ffp/mpo/privacy
4. Cathay Pacific may transfer my personal data, including my Marco Polo Club membership number, to American Express for the purposes of providing services to me and for any future travel reservations, and may transfer my personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.
5. In the case of any discrepancy between the English version and any other translated version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
