Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the Sony Cyber-shot DSCT200S Digital Camera prize draw is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Simply enroll in Paperless Statements by 16 November 2007 and receive one entry into the draw to win 1 of 10 Sony Cyber-shot DSCT200S Digital Cameras.

1. Entry is open only to select New Zealand American Express® Cardmembers with Cards starting with 3774, who are eligible to enroll in Paperless Statements. Corporate and Standard Small Business Cards are not eligible.
2. To be eligible for the prize draw you must enroll in Paperless Statements by 16 November 2007. Every enrolment automatically gains one entry into the draw.
3. Maximum of one entry per American Express Card Account.
4. The promotion commences 12:00am on 1 October 2007 and closes 11:59pm 16 November 2007. The prize draw will take place at American Express, 600 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland on Wednesday 19 December 2007.
5. The first ten valid entries drawn will each win a Sony Cyber-shot DSCT200S Digital Camera valued at NZ$699.95 (RRP including GST).
6. Prize winners will be notified by mail and/or telephone.
7. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Cardmembers are only eligible to win 1 prize draw.
9. The Promoter is American Express International (NZ), Inc. of 600 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland, New Zealand.
10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash in part and/or in full.
11. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. American Express accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
13. Winners agree to allow American Express to use his/her particulars for the purposes of marketing, publicity, promotional or direct mailing.
14. Employees and their immediate families of American Express and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
15. American Express' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
