General Information
- Enrolment in these partner programmes is the Cardmember's responsibility and a Cardmember must be enrolled prior to any points transfer request. Joining fees may apply.
- A minimum of 1,000 points may be transferred into a hotel transfer partner programme.
- The transfer of points will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the partner.
- An Urgent Transfer Fee of $22.50 applies for each request for same day (within 24hrs) transfers to a hotel partner programme. Urgent transfers are not available for Priority Club.
- Once you have transferred your points they become subject to the Terms and Conditions of the participating airline partner programme and cannot be transferred back to your Membership Rewards Programme account.
