- Global Guardian is available for 18 -70 year olds
- Dependent Children until 21 years of age are covered, provided they are travelling with the Principal Insured and not engaged in full-time employment

Events not covered by Global Guardian
Standard exclusions apply. Additional exclusions include: being a pilot or crew member of any aircraft, war or war like activities, any existing medical condition, any claim in relation to pregnancy where there is prior knowledge of the pregnancy or after the 24th week of pregnancy, hunting, racing (other than on foot), polo, playing, professional sports, moutaineering or rock climbing, bungee jumping, scuba diving, motorcycling, all aerial activities, insolvency of any tourism services provider and acts of terrorism.
Additionally, there is a $100 Excess on: Overseas Medical Expenses, Additional Expenses, Overseas Dental Expenses, Loss of Deposits and Cancellation, Missed Connection, Resumption of Journey, Luggage and Travel Documents and for Replacement of Money. This policy is subject to the terms, conditions and limitations as set out in the policy wording.
