Your Supplementary Card Members will enjoy all the privileges of Platinum Card Membership. You will also earn Membership Rewards points on all their purchases. And the first two Supplementary Cards fee are waived.

Tips to safeguard your Card

To ensure Card security and to prevent fraud, here are a few simple precautions:

  • Sign on the reverse of your Card immediately.
  • Check the expiry date. When your Card expires, cut it in half and throw it away. You should have received a new Card by that time.
  • Make sure your Card is returned to you after each charge and verify that it has your name on it.
  • Keep your Card in a prominent place in your wallet so you will notice immediately if it is missing.
  • If your Card is lost or stolen, call us immediately. You will receive a replacement Card usually by the end of the next business day.

3. Provided Cardmember notify American Express in writing immediately if the Credit Card is lost, stolen, mutilated, not received when due or if Cardmember suspects that the Credit Card is being used without Cardmember ‘s permission. Cardmember shall not be held liable for any charges made after Cardmember has given written notice to American Express, and Cardmember’s liaibility for unauthorised Charges effected before such notice shall be limited to S$100 or the equivalent thereof provided that Cardmember has acted in good faith and with reasonable care and diligence in safeguarding the Credit Card and in promptly notifying American Express in writing. We may also require Cardmember to lodge a police report and furnish American Express with a copy thereof. The retrieval of the original Credit Card must immediately reported to American Express and it must be cut in half and the pieces returned to American Express.
