EARNING KRISFLYER MILES
 
The fastest way to earn KrisFlyer miles
The American Express ®Singapore Airlines Solitaire PPS Credit Cards, American Express® Singapore Airlines PPS Club Platinum Credit Cards and the American Express ® Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Gold Credit Cards are the only Credit Cards in Singapore that allow Cardmembers to earn KrisFlyer miles directly for all purchases charged to the Cards. The bonus mile promotion offers Cardmembers the potential to benefit from the highest earn rate of KrisFlyer miles. Actual KrisFlyer miles earn rate would vary depending on card spend and merchant promotions during the bonus miles promotion period. Usage of KrisFlyer miles to redeem flights for awards or upgrades will be subjected to seat availability at the point of flight reservation and ticketing. KrisFlyer terms and conditions apply. For flights originating from China, Pakistan, Russia, South Africa and Sri Lanka, all American Express Cards cannot be used to purchase Singapore Airlines tickets.

Welcome bonus of 5,000 KrisFlyer miles
The bonus 5,000 KrisFlyer miles offer is applicable only to first-time applicants of either the American Express Singapore Airlines Solitaire PPS Credit Card, American Express Singapore Airlines PPS Club Platinum Credit Card or American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Gold Credit Card. Cardmembers who apply for any subsequent American Express and Singapore Airlines partnership Credit Cards (American Express Singapore Airlines Solitaire PPS Credit Card, American Express Singapore Airlines PPS Club Platinum Credit Card or American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Gold Credit Card) are not eligible for the bonus miles.The bonus 5,000 KrisFlyer miles will be awarded to Cardmembers on first transaction.

Double KrisFlyer miles
Double KrisFlyer miles are earned if the Singapore Airlines ticket is purchased online for travel originating from Singapore. The number of double miles will be based on the purchase value of the ticket and not the actual distance flown. Purchase of SilkAir ticket is not eligible for double miles.

10,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles
If you charge S$50,000 or more to your American Express Singapore Airlines Solitaire PPS Credit Card from 1 January to 31 December in a calendar year, you will receive 10,000 bonus miles in your KrisFlyer account.Upon charging S$100,000 or more, you will receive an additional 10,000 bonus miles in your KrisFlyer account. This will be reflected in your monthly bill statement upon qualification. The accreditation of bonus miles is subject to a maximum of 20,000 KrisFlyer miles during the qualifying period. PLATINUM GOLF

Complimentary Green Fees Programme Terms and Conditions:
1. Complimentary Golf is applicable to both Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers.
2. Cardmember(s) are not required to pay green fees. All other players in the flight are required to pay green fees.
3. Cardmember is responsible for arranging the minimum number of players for a flight.
(i) On weekdays, there must be a minimum of two players per flight unless otherwise advised, subject to pairing at golf club's discretion.
Each Cardmember must bring at least one guest who is required to pay for green fees for a flight.
(ii) On weekends, there must be a minimum of three players per flight. Three-ball flights may be subject to pairing at golf club's discretion.
Each Cardmember must bring at least two guests who are required to pay green fees for a flight.

General Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Green Fees Programme
1. Weekday bookings must be made at least 4 days in advance.
2. Weekend bookings must be made at least 8 days in advance.
3. Cardmembers cannot book more than 14 days in advance.
4. All bookings are subject to availability.
5. Cardmember(s) and his/her guests are required to pay for the use of the buggy and caddies at normal published rates. Any other applicable fees or charges are to be borne by the Cardmember(s) and his/her guests.
6. Cardmember(s) and his/her guests should hold valid golfer's insurance at time of booking of golf game.
7. Cardmember(s) may bring guest(s). There is no limit to the number of guest(s) but bookings are subject to availability.
8. Golfers must have a valid handicap and the club may require golfers to produce their handicap card upon registration.
9. There will be no rain check after tee-off.
10. All payments for Cardmember(s) and guests must be made upon booking and charged to the Cardmember's
American Express Singapore Airlines Solitaire PPS Credit Card
11. The following amendment charges apply after the golf booking has been processed, subject to availability:
(i) More than 3 days to tee-off date: S$10 per change
(ii) Equal or less than 3 days to tee-off date: Cancellation policy will apply
12. Rates quoted are not inclusive of taxes and are subject to change without notice.
13. The programme cannot be used by Cardmembers or their guests in conjunction with any other promotional golf programme at the respective clubs.
14. Clubs reserve the rights to refuse the discounted rates during promotional periods.
15. American Express does not assume liability and Cardmember shall not make any claim whatsoever for (i) injury or bodily harm or (ii) loss of our damage to property, howsoever caused, arising from or in connection with any American Express Golf Programme.
16. Participation of golf clubs is subject to change without any prior notice to Cardmembers.

Cancellation Policy for Complimentary Green Fees Programme
1. For all golf clubs except for Ria Bintan Golf Club, Laguna Bintan Golf Club and Southlinks Country Club, the following cancellation charges apply to Cardmember(s) and their guests:
(i) The cancellation charge of S$10 applies for cancellations made 3 days before tee-off date
(ii) 100% of total golf charges applies for cancellations made 2 days or less before tee-off date as well as in the event of no show or late arrival on tee-off date.
2. For Ria Bintan Golf Club, Laguna Bintan Golf Club and Southlinks Country Club, the following cancellation charges apply to Cardmember(s) and their guests:
(i) The cancellation charge of S$10 applies for cancellations made 4 days before tee-off date

Privileged Golf Access Terms and Conditions
1. Cardmember(s) will not be granted access rights to the 30 stipulated clubs without booking through Platinum Assist at 1800 396 6888.

Golf Lessons Terms and Conditions
1. Beginner programme costs S$532 (10-hour, weekday only; excludes GST) and S$589 (10-hour; weekend only; excludes GST) in a class of 6 golfers. Golf equipment will be provided by the Academy.
2. Intermediate programme costs S$456 (6-hour; weekday only; excludes GST) and S$494 (6-hour; weekend only; excludes GST) in a class of 4 golfers. The fee is not inclusive of subscription fee for Handicap maintenance.
3. Rates are not inclusive of GST, Green and Buggy fee, Golf/Range balls, Handicap maintenance & Golf Insurance.
4. For Intermediate programme: All participants MUST possess a valid proficiency certificate.
5. Payment has to be charged on American Express Singapore Airlines Solitaire PPS Credit Card.
6. Full payment must be made before booking of lessons. Fees paid are non refundable or transferable.
7. All bookings must be made with Platinum Assist at 1800 396 6888 at least 7 days in advance before the first lesson commences.
8. All students must register at the Academy 15 minutes before their first lesson.
9. Any cancellation of confirmed lesson is subject to the Academy's approval.

11. Star Golf Academy reserves the right to cancel lessons with 3 days advance notice before lesson (e.g. coach is on medical leave, annual leave, tournament etc).

Driving Range Terms and Conditions
