What if I already have a terminal from a bank?

If you already have a POS terminal from your bank accepting EFTPOS, VISA and MASTERCARD electronically, it can most likely be set up to accept American Express.
  • Call American Express on 0 2273 5100 with the name of your terminal provider (typically a bank), your VISA/MASTERCARD merchant number or your Terminal ID and your American Express Merchant number.
  • American Express will contact your bank to obtain information about your terminal set up.
  • You may also call your terminal provider directly.
