• 10X Rewards promotion is applicable only for American Express Platinum Cards and THAI American Express Platinum Credit
   Cards issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express").

• 10X Rewards will be awarded in conjunction with other promotional programs unless otherwise specified by 10X Platinum
   Partners. Please check with 10X Platinum Partners in advance.

• 10X Rewards will be applied to 10X Platinum Partners operated in Thailand, Singapore and India only.

• American Express Platinum Cardmembers will earn 10 Membership Rewards points for every Baht 25 spent on the American
   Express Platinum Card at participating 10X Platinum Partners.

• THAI American Express Platinum Credit Cardmembers will earn 10 THAI American Express Platinum points for every Baht 25
   spent on the THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card at participating 10X Platinum Partners, equivalent to 7 Royal
   Orchid Plus miles.

• Reward points will be calculated based on each transaction made with a 10X Platinum Partner. Separate transaction, even if
  made on the same day with the same 10X Platinum Partner, cannot be combined for purposes of calculating 10X Rewards.

• American Express Membership Rewards points or THAI American Express Platinum points will be credited to your account
  within 45 days after the transaction date.

• It is a condition for the award of American Express Membership Rewards points and THAI American Express Platinum points
  that at all times (including the date of points adjustment)
(i) your Card Account remains valid and in good standing;
(ii) American Express Platinum Cardmembers must be enrolled in the Membership Rewards Program; and
(iii) THAI American Express Platium Credit Cardmembers must be enrolled in the Royal Orchid Plus Program.

• The promotion is valid from now until December 31, 2011 unless stated otherwise.
