Call THAI American Express Platinum Customer Service at 0 2273 5005 to convert your THAI American Express Platinum points to Royal Orchid Plus miles.

Step 3
View your Royal Orchid Plus miles balance in your Royal Orchid Plus statement, which is available online at www.thaiairways.com/rop or delivered to you every 3 months by Thai Airways International (if you receive print communications). The changes to your THAI American Express Platinum points balance will also be reflected in your monthly THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card statement.

Note: THAI American Express Platinum points do not expire for as long as you hold your Card. However, once they have been converted to Royal Orchid Plus miles they will expire by a specific date.
