Missed connections
If your confirmed onward connecting scheduled flight is missed at the transfer point and no alternative onward transportation is available within 4 hours of the actual arrival time, you will be indemnified for THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card charges incurred with respect to hotel accommodation and restaurant meals or refreshments, up to Baht 12,000 for the Insured Cardmember or a maximum of Baht 24,000 for the Insured Cardmember together with Insured Family Members.

Luggage delay
If your luggage does not arrive within 6 hours of your arrival at the scheduled destination point of your departure flight from Thailand, you will be indemnified for THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card charges incurred at such scheduled destination in respect of emergency purchases of essential clothing and requisites, up to Baht 30,000 for the Insured Cardmember or a maximum of Baht 60,000 for the Insured Cardmember together with Insured Family Members.

Luggage loss
If luggage does not arrive within 48 hours of your arrival at the scheduled destination point of your departure flight from Thailand, you will be indemnified for THAI American Express Platinum Credit Card charges incurred within 4 days of arrival at such scheduled destination, in respect of emergency purchases of essential clothing and requisites up to Baht 30,000 for the Insured Cardmember or a maximum of Baht 60,000 for the Insured Cardmember together with Insured Family Members.
