*The additional payment or the payment for points purchased will be added on the redemption or points purchasing date and will be charged to the next monthly statement of the Basic Card account.

 
Hotel Accommodation & Reservation Required Rewards

  • Please call to make a reservation at our participating hotels or nominated partners. Please mention the Membership Rewards program when calling.
  • Redeem your rewards by contacting Cardmembers Services by phone, by Voice Response Service or faxing the redemption form at the back of this catalog.
  • Your reward certificate will be delivered within 5 business days from the date of redemption.

Reward Delivery and Return

Rewards Delivery
Rewards Delivery cannot be delivered outside Thailand. Rewards will be delivered to the delivery address given at the time of placing the order. Delivery must be signed for. Offers are subject to stock availability.

Reward Returns
Only damaged or defective rewards reported within 14 days of receipt will be accepted for exchange or return. Keep your entire original packing slips and reward in its original packaging and condition and make a note of the problem on the receipt slip. Rewards may not be returned or exchanged for cash.
