For the Credit Card, 9,000 bonus Avios will be awarded onto your account once you have been approved and you have spent and charged a minimum of £1,000 on goods and services to the account within three months of account opening. For the Premium Plus Card, the 18,000 bonus Avios will be awarded onto your account once you have been approved and a minimum of £3,000 on goods and services has been spent and charged to the account within three months of account opening. If you are a British Airways American Express Credit Card or British Airways American Express Premium Cardholder, you will not be eligible for this offer and this is not an offer to upgrade. Please note that it can take up to one month for bonus Avios to be awarded to your account. Offer expires at midnight on 29 February 2012.
British Airways American Express CREDIT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
The minimum amount you must pay us each month will be the greater of £25 (or the total amount owing if less) or the sum of: 2% of the principal amount owing; interest; default fees; repayment protection insurance, overdue amounts and 1/12th of any annual fees or the full monthly fee (if applicable to the product you hold). A minimum credit limit of £700 will be available. You may pay off your balance in full at any time. The standard interest rate is representative 19.9% APR variable (1.55% per month) for goods and services and 27.9% interest p.a. for cash withdrawals.   British Airways American Express PREMIUM PLUS CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS The minimum amount you must pay us each month will be the greater of £25 (or the total amount owing if less) or the sum of: 2% of the principal amount owing; interest; default fees; repayment protection insurance, overdue amounts and 1/12th of any annual fees or the full monthly fee (if applicable to the product you hold). British Airways Executive Club Terms and Conditions apply and can be found at ba.com/conditions. Once Cardmembers reach the applicable billed expenditure target on their BA/Amex Card (the “Target”), they will receive a Companion Voucher. The Voucher can only be used by the main Cardmember, who must select/advise at the time of booking that they wish to redeem their Companion Voucher. Companion Vouchers can only be used when redeeming Avios for a BA reward flight, paid in full with Avios. All vouchers will be issued in the name of the main BA/Amex Cardmember who must travel with their companion on any booking made with the Voucher. The Target varies depending on the type of BA/Amex Card that the Cardmember holds: Classic Cardmembers – £20,000, Premium Cardmembers - £15,000, Premium Plus Cardmembers - £10,000. Cardmembers must have accrued the Target within a 12-month period ending each year on the anniversary of their Promotion Commencement Date. Spend from the previous anniversary year will not be carried over. Spend towards the Voucher must be charged to the account before the anniversary date. Any spend on the Card made before the anniversary date but not charged to the account until after the anniversary date will not be eligible. Companion Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. One Companion Voucher per main Cardmember per year. Companion Vouchers are not extendable. Reward Flights and Companion Vouchers may only be used for flights on British Airways mainline services which have a BA prefixed flight number. Travel on franchises, codeshare or alliance airlines is not permitted. Return flights must be booked at the same time as the outward journey is booked.
