Your Companion voucher is valid for 24 months, creating a number of fantastic possibilities for you:
- You can earn one Companion Voucher in year one and another in year two, and redeem them at the same time to arrange a trip for four people, with two people travelling on Companion Vouchers

If your Card is lost or stolen we'll issue a replacement to you as soon as we can - often within two working days. If you're in a remote area, arrangements can usually be made to have your Card waiting at some point along your route.
