Emergency Card Replacement

If your Card is lost or stolen we'll issue a replacement to you as soon as we can - often within two working days. If you're in a remote area, arrangements can usually be made to have your Card waiting at some point along your route. Need a replacement Card? Call us on +44 (0)1273 696 933.

Purchase Protection1

If your purchase is damaged or stolen within 90 days, call our Purchase Protection Benefit team and they’ll arrange a repair or replacement for you up to £2,500 per eligible item or £20,000 in any 12 month period.

Refund Protection1

Should a UK retailer refuse you a refund on any eligible item worth over £25 within 90 days of purchase, you get back the full purchase price up to £300.

Online Fraud Guarantee

If something’s stolen from your account or you see a charge you don’t recognise, we’ll remove it and investigate. You can shop online knowing you’ll never be held responsible for any unauthorised online purchases.

You will earn Membership Rewards points for transactions charged and billed to your account at the following rates: 1 point for every full £1 spent and charged per transaction, 2 points for every full £1 spent and charged per transaction at major airlines, car hire, rail, cruise, lodging and travel package/agencies, and 2 points for certain transactions made in a currency other than UK Sterling with the exception of internet transactions. Membership Rewards points are not earned on Cash Withdrawals, American Express Travellers Cheque purchases, Foreign Exchange, Fees and Interest Charges for Returned Payments, Finance Charges, Late Payment and Referral Charges, Fees/charges including joining, annual and Membership Rewards fees. You will accrue points for certain transactions at the rate of 2 points for virtually every full £1 spent and charged per transaction at major supermarkets and petrol stations for your first year of Cardmembership. After the first year Card anniversary date this will revert back to 1 point.
