If you belong to a participating airline or hotel programme you can either call the Membership Rewards team on 01273 863 863 to transfer your points or link them online. You can link accounts anytime and there is no limit to the number of partners you can link with. Please allow 10 days for us to verify your account or to enrol.

Call the airline or hotel first to check availability. Phone numbers can be found on the airline and hotel partner pages. Tell the reservation agent that you intend to pay with your Membership Rewards points or with a Membership Rewards voucher so that he or she can check the relevant availability. Once you have confirmed availability, call the Membership Rewards team.

Yes. Any Supplementary Card you take out on your account for a partner or member of the family is automatically linked to your account and will earn you points whenever it is used*. To benefit, apply now for a Supplementary Card and start earning points for virtually every pound that the supplementary Cardmember spends on the Card. In addition, you can link any other eligible American Express Cards you hold (such as an American Express Credit Card) to your Membership Rewards account by calling the Membership Rewards team on 01273 863 863.

Every month you will receive a Membership Rewards statement with your Card statement. This shows the number of points you have accumulated in your account and the points you have redeemed. Alternatively you can now view your points level online.

Redeeming your points is as easy as earning them. First, select a reward from the many on offer. Then go online or call the Membership Rewards team on 01273 863 863. It is possible to redeem most products online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The telephone lines are open between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am and 1pm on Saturdays. You will need to quote your Membership Rewards account or Card number and the reward code, which you will find next to the description of the reward.
*Points are not earned on Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, American Express Traveller's Cheques purchases, Foreign Exchange, Express Cash transactions or any other account charges.
