Single Trip Travel Insurance is for individuals, couples and families who wish to travel for business and/or leisure and require good levels of cover, including medical, baggage and cancellation while travelling in the UK & Europe, and Worldwide. Available up to age 79 years inclusive. Trip length is limited to 93 days.

Some sections of our policies only have a £50 per person excess - this can be waived by purchasing an Excess Waiver Option (not available on Gap Cover). A higher excess of £200 will apply to any claim under the Medical Emergency and Repatriation Service section, where you have been taking part in Special Sports and Activities, this higher excess cannot be removed or reduced by use of the EHIC, or by purchasing the Excess Waiver Option.

Cover for a bodily injury or sudden and unforeseen illness suffered by you while you are on a trip outside your country of departure, subject to Policy Terms and Conditions

- Personal Liability to £1 million
Your legal responsibility to pay compensation and legal costs to others where you accidentally cause physical injury, or death of anyone during your trip; and/or loss of, or damage to, property during your trip. Subject to Terms and Conditions.
- Missed Departure and/or Connection(s) to £250
Additional costs you have to pay when you travel to your international departure point or you miss a connection and you have taken every reasonable step to ensure you get there on time but you are still delayed on your way because of cancellation, failure or disruption of public transport. The immobilisation of the vehicle in which you are traveling due to accident or breakdown. Subject to Terms and Conditions.

This section provides cover if your travel is delayed due to strike or Industrial action, adverse weather conditions or a mechanical breakdown of public transport. Full details are outlined within the policy Terms and Conditions.
