taken reasonable care to protect your account details and PIN.
Moreover, as soon as we’re alerted to fraud, we’ll do all we can to resolve the matter and return your account to normal. For example, we’ll credit your account in full as soon as possible, and arrange a replacement Card for you, with a new secure card number.
