1. The rebate is not payable in respect of any month in which the minimum payment is not received by the due date. The rebate is not payable in respect of cash withdrawals, interest, fees, balance transfers, or expenditure in any one month exceeding the amount of your Credit Limit or if the minimum amount of Cashback rebate earned in 12 months is less than £12. An annual rebate on the aggregate amount of all Transactions (other than the exclusions stated above) will be payable to you by us to a maximum of £1000 per account per 12-month period at the following rates:
   •  0.5% for aggregate amounts up to £5,000; and
   •  1% for aggregate amounts from £5,001 to £10,000; and
   •  2% for aggregate amounts in excess of £10,001.
   American Express may vary the %APR, interest rates and other charges from time to time. The minimum monthly payment will be 3% of the outstanding balance or £5, whichever is greater. Of course you may pay off your balance in full at any time.Typical rate 18.9% p.a. (variable) on card purchases, 1.46% per month, that's a typical rate of 23.4% APR (variable) including the £29 annual fee. The American Express Platinum Business Cashback Card interest for Cash Withdrawals is 27.9% interest p.a., 2.08% per month. You will have access to a credit limit of at least £1,500. There is a commission of 2.73% on foreign charges. There is a £3 fee for copies of records of transactions and a £5 fee for copies of statements (please note your statements sent to you each month when you have used your card will not incur this charge). There is a cash withdrawal charge which is £3.00 or 3% of the withdrawal (whichever is the greater).
   
   
2. Purchase Protection Benefit: Up to £20,000 for every 365 day period, for eligible items stolen or accidentally damaged within 90 days of purchase. Exclusions apply. See Summary of Benefits for full details and requirements.
   b) Travel Accident Benefit: Up to £150,000 per event when you use the Card to pay for public transport. Exclusions apply. See Summary of Benefits for full details and requirements.
   c) American Express Services Europe Limited ("AESEL")" makes various benefits available to cardmembers. These benefits derive from contracts which AESEL has made with third parties which AESEL is free to amend, extend or terminate at its sole discretion. These benefits do not form part of AESEL's contract with you but AESEL will aim to inform you 30 days in advance of any changes to the available benefits which may be to your detriment. One of the benefits currently available is the benefit of contracts of insurance made between AESEL and certain insurers. This includes Travel Accident, and Purchase Protection Benefits. You will lose these benefits if you cease to be a cardmember.
