App and app features are available for all American Express Card Accounts in the United States, with the exception of American Express® prepaid Cards and cards issued by non-American Express issuers.
You cannot manage any international Cards you may have in the U.S. Amex Mobile app. In order to provide you with the best possible experience, we have created applications specific to the country where the Card was issued. If you are a non-U.S. Card Member, please search in the App Store or Google Play to see if there is an Amex application specific to your country or visit us via your mobile browser.

Unlike the emails or SMS alerts you may otherwise receive, if you made the charge, you will be able to verify the charge right in the app without having to call us or visit our website.
