The insurance is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Australia Limited (ABN 23 001 642 020, AFSL No. 239687) under a group policy held by American Express Australia Limited (ABN 92 108 952 085, AFSL No. 291313). 5J. Membership Rewards Ascent: To transfer Membership Rewards points into an Airline Rewards or Frequent Guest Partner Program you must be enrolled in Membership Rewards Ascent and be a member of the Partner Program. 6J. Extend your cash flow by up to 51 days: Depending upon when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your Account from your previous statement period.

7J. Gift Cards: Gift Card or voucher rewards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit and are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Normal retailer Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply. Gift Cards and Vouchers will be dispatched within 5 business days. Orders over $600 will be dispatched via Registered Post. 12J. Corporate Cash: Corporate Card Members are only eligible to enrol in Corporate Cash if the Company has agreed to participate and has pre-registered in the program. A fee applies. All Cash application forms must be signed by the Card Member and the Company's nominated Corporate Cash Verifying Officer. Please contact your Program Administrator for more information.

13J. Concur ExpenseIt: Available to clients that use American Express and Concur ExpenseIt.

16J. Emergency Card Replacement: If your Card is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately. You can call American Express 24 hours a day. In Australia, call us on 1300 362 639. Once you have notified us, you are not liable for any unauthorised charges.
