1I. The Offer ends at 11.59pm AEST 2 November 2022 ("Offer Period"). The Offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who are employed by an organisation, (Australian Company, Partnership, Registered Foreign Company, Unregistered Foreign Company, Government Body, Co-operative, Incorporated Association, Unincorporated Association, Trust) with a valid ABN and an annual turnover of AU$10,000,000 per annum or more. Card Members that apply for the American Express Corporate Card Program by 2 November 2022, are approved and spend $10,000 within the first two (2) months of the American Express Corporate Card approval date will receive 50,000 Membership Rewards Bonus Points applied to the card account. Offer applies to the first Card applied and approved for the Company. Companies who currently hold, or who have previously held any American Express Corporate Card or American Express Qantas Corporate Card in the last 18 months are ineligible for this offer. To receive the Membership Rewards Bonus Points, the company’s Corporate Card program must be in good standing. 50,000 Membership Rewards Bonus Points will be awarded to the Card Member that set up the American Express Corporate Card program 8-10 weeks after the spend criteria has been met. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards Program. This advertised offer is not applicable or valid in conjunction with any other advertised or promotional offer. The American Express Corporate Card has a standard annual fee of $70 and a Membership Reward fee of $89.

3I. Points earn: Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program. You will earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent on all spend except government where you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Merchants classified as "government" include the Australian Taxation Office, the Australian Postal Corporation, Federal/State and Local government bodies. Industry specific earn rate may apply when you use a payment account, payment aggregator, services of a third party or online retailers that sell goods for another merchant. For example, a payment made to Local Government bodies processed through a payment aggregator may earn points at the government earn rate. There may be tax implications associated with participation in the Membership Rewards program. You are advised to check with your accountant or tax adviser for further information.
4I. Cash flow: Cash flow can be extended by up to 51 days for charge Card products depending on when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your account from your previous statement period. If you pay by direct debit, your payment will be processed 10 days after your statement is issued.
5I. Points for Credit: Points may be redeemed by the Basic Card Member for a credit on the Primary Card Account (the Card which your Membership Rewards points balance appears online). American Express may decline a Points for Credit request where the Card Account or Card Member's other Accounts with American Express are not in good standing or overdue. The redemption of points for credit will be administered solely by American Express within 3 business days and cannot be reversed. Points for Credit is not available for redemption by Corporate Card Accounts and is not redeemable for cash via Credit balance refund. Minimum redemption rates apply.
6I. Gift Card or voucher rewards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit. Normal retailer Gift Card or voucher conditions apply, refer to the Gift Card or retailer website for details. Minimum redemption amounts apply.
7I. Minimum redemption amounts apply. You can redeem points for prepaid travel of a nominated value through Webjet.com.au and helloworld with the point-of-purchase redemption capability. Travel bookings using points may be made for any person, provided all your accounts are kept in good standing and are not overdue. Partner Terms and Conditions apply. Subject to the Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions and the partners' booking terms and conditions.
8I. Membership Rewards Ascent: To transfer Membership Rewards points into an Airline Rewards or Frequent Guest Partner Program you must be enrolled in Membership Rewards Ascent and be a member of the Partner Program. Membership of the Partner Program is the Card Member's responsibility and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the applicable Program. A joining fee may apply.
9I. Membership Rewards Program for Employees
a. Membership Rewards enrolment required (an annual fee applies, but is waived for American Express Corporate Platinum Card Members). Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program available at membershiprewards.com.au/termsandconditions. Your Company must allow participation in Membership Rewards to be eligible to enrol. You must enrol yourself and cannot delegate someone else in your Company to do so on your behalf.
b. Industry specific earn rate may apply when you use a payment account, payment aggregator, services of a third party or online retailers that sell goods for another merchant. For example a payment made to Local Government bodies processed through a payment aggregator may earn rates at the government earn rate.
c. There may be tax implications associated with your participation in the Membership Rewards program. You are advised to check with you accountant or tax adviser for further information.
d. Membership Rewards Ascent Only: To transfer Membership Rewards points into an Airline Rewards or Frequent Guest Partner Program you must be enrolled in Membership Rewards Ascent and be a member of the Partner Program. Corporate Membership Rewards for Companies:

10I. Insurance: The insurance on American Express Cards is subject to terms, conditions and exclusions (such as maximum age limits, pre-existing medical conditions and cover limits). You must use your American Express Corporate Card to pay for your trip in order to be covered under the travel insurance and pay for eligible items for those items to be covered under the retail insurance benefits. It is important you read the American Express Corporate Card Insurance Terms and Conditions and consider whether the insurance is right for you. We do not provide advice about the insurance or whether it is appropriate for your objectives, financial situation or needs.
This insurance is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Australia Limited (ABN 23 001 642 020, AFSL No. 239687) under a group policy of insurance held by American Express Australia Limited (ABN 92 108 952 085, AFSL No. 291313). Access to this insurance is provided solely by reason of the statutory operation of section 48 of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth). Card Members are not a party to the group policy, do not have an agreement with Chubb and cannot vary or cancel the cover. American Express is not the insurer, does not guarantee or hold the rights under the group policy on trust for Card Members and does not act on behalf of Chubb or as its agent. American Express is not an Authorised Representative (under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) of Chubb.
11I. Emergency Global Assist: You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As the Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service, we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own. Please refer to the Global Assist Summary of Coverage for additional details and restrictions. Only available when you travel more than 200km from your home, for up to 90 consecutive days.
12I. Emergency Card Replacement: If your Card is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately. You can call American Express 24 hours a day. In Australia, call us on 1300 362 639. Once you have notified us, you are not liable for any unauthorised charges.
13I. To use the App, you must be registered for Online Services. Apple, the Apple logo, Touch ID and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google Inc. The Android robot is reproduced or modified from work created and shared by Google and used according to terms described in the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution License.
14I. Available to American Express clients that are enrolled in Concur Expense® and ExpenseIt, fees and charges may apply.

16I. Fraud Protection Guarantee: Provided that you notify us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent transactions and you have complied with your Card Member Agreement, you will not be held liable for any unauthorised charges.
17I. No pre-set spending limit does not mean unlimited spending. Your purchases are approved based on a variety of factors, including current spending patterns, your payment history, credit records, and financial resources known to us.

20I. Corporate Cash: Corporate Card Members are only eligible to enrol in Corporate Cash if the Company has agreed to participate and has pre-registered in the program. A fee applies. All Cash application forms must be signed by the Card Member and the Company's nominated Corporate Cash Verifying Officer. Please contact your Program Administrator for more information.
21I. American Express @ Work®: Authorised Company Program Administrator(s) must be enrolled to @ Work to access Company Card Program services. Use of the @ Work Services is restricted to those authorised users designated by their Company.
