5K. Platinum Travel Service: All fees or amounts payable in relation to the services are inclusive of GST where applicable. All fees, taxes and charges levied by the travel providers and/or air travel suppliers still apply and these are subject to change without notice until such time as tickets are issued. 6K. Insurance: American Express Card Insurances are underwritten by Chubb Insurance Australia Limited (ABN 23 001 642 020, AFSL No. 239687) ("Chubb") and are subject to the Terms, Conditions and exclusions contained in the American Express Card insurances policy of insurance between American Express Australia Limited (ABN 92 108 952 085, AFSL No. 291313) ('American Express') of 12 Shelley Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and Chubb. The Insurance Terms and Conditions do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Terms and Conditions are subject to change. It is important for you to read the Terms and Conditions booklet available upon request from us and consider the appropriateness of that insurance in relation to your individual requirements.

7K. Priority Pass: These Terms and Conditions govern the Corporate Platinum Card Member’s participation in and use of the Priority Pass program. Priority Pass is an independent airport lounge access program. By enrolling in Priority Pass, you agree that you will be responsible for all accompanying guest visits and will be automatically charged USD27 per guest to your Corporate Platinum Card from American Express after you have signed for the visit and it has been reported to Priority Pass by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass from time to time. Priority Pass will use this information to fulfil on the Priority Pass program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, Corporate Platinum Card Members in good standing may access participating Priority Pass lounges by presenting your Priority Pass card and airline boarding pass. In some lounges, Priority Pass members must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass members must adhere to the Priority Pass Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package, and can be viewed at prioritypass.com. Upon receipt of your enrolment information, Priority Pass will send your Priority Pass card and membership package, which you should receive within 10–14 business days. If you have not received the Priority Pass card after 14 days, please contact American Express using the number on the back of your American Express.

8K. The Offer commences at 9:01am AEDT on 27 September 2018 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 4 February 2019 ("Offer Period"). The Offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who are employed by an organisation, (Australian Company, Partnership, Registered Foreign Company, Unregistered Foreign Company, Government Body, Co-operative, Incorporated Association, Unincorporated Association, Trust) with a valid ABN with an annual turnover of AU$10,000,000 per annum or more. 120,000 Membership Rewards Bonus Points will be awarded to companies that apply for the American Express Platinum Corporate Card program by 4 February 2019, are approved and spend $15,000 in the first two (2) months from the American Express Platinum Corporate Card approval date. Companies who currently hold, or who have previously held any American Express Corporate Card or American Express Qantas Corporate Card in the last 12 months are ineligible for this offer. To receive the Membership Rewards points, the company’s Corporate Card program must be in good standing. Allow up to 90 days after the $15,000 spend threshold has been met for the Membership Rewards points to be awarded to the Membership Rewards account. 9K. Extend your cash flow by up to 51 days: Depending upon when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your Account from your previous statement period.

10K. Airline partners: This is available to Card Members enrolled in the Ascent Membership Rewards program. To redeem points, you must be a member of the applicable Frequent Traveller Programs. Enrolment in the Partner Program is solely your responsibility and fees may apply. Points transferred to Airline Transfer Partners are not reversible and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Partner Programs. The minimum requirement and transfer rate varies. Subject to the Membership Rewards Terms and Conditions.

11K. Gift Cards: Gift Card or voucher rewards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit and are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Normal retailer Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply. Gift Cards and Vouchers will be dispatched within 5 business days. Orders over $600 will be dispatched via Registered Post. Should you not receive your Gift Card or reward within the stated timeframe, you must advise American Express within 28 days from date of redemption. Terms and Conditions apply to all Membership Rewards redemption options and redemption is subject to availability. Subject to your Account being kept in good standing and not overdue. Minimum redemption amounts apply.

12K. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program available here and the David Jones Partner Terms and Conditions available at davidjones.com.au. Only American Express Cards issued by American Express Australia Limited are eligible provided they are enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. A minimum of 3,000 points must be redeemed at any one time. If redeeming with Points + Pay, the 'pay' component of your purchase will be automatically billed to your American Express Card Account and will appear on the first billing statement following redemption. You’ll earn Membership Rewards points on the 'pay' component of your purchase only.

13K. Corporate Membership Rewards for Companies:
a. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Corporate Membership Rewards program available at www.americanexpress.com.au/corporatemr. Corporate Membership Rewards enrolment required (an annual fee applies, but is waived for American Express Corporate Platinum Card Members). Enrolment to the program is not automatic. Merchants classified as “government”, include the Australian Taxation Office, the Australian Postal Corporation (Australia Post), Federal/State and Local Government bodies. There may be tax implications associated with your participation in the Membership Rewards program. You are advised to check with you accountant or tax adviser for further information.

Membership Rewards Choices and Ascent Programs for Employees

American Express Corporate Platinum Card Members have unlimited complimentary access to The American Express Lounges and are entitled to bring their children between the ages of 0-17 and up to 2 guests into the lounge. Card Members wishing to bring additional guests will be subject to a charge that is to be processed on the Card Member's American Express Card. Please refer to the reception desk at the American Express Lounge for the applicable charges.

21K. Emergency Global Assist: You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As the Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service, we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own. Please refer to the Global Assist Summary of Coverage for additional details and restrictions. Only available when you travel more than 200km from your home, for up to 90 consecutive days.

22K. Online Fraud Protection Guarantee: Provided that you notify us immediately upon discovery of any fraudulent transactions and you have complied with your Card Member Agreement, you will not be held liable for any unauthorised charges.

23K. Emergency Card Replacement: If your Card is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately. You can call American Express 24 hours a day. In Australia, call us on 1300 653 641. If you are overseas, report your lost or stolen Card to the nearest American Express Travel Service or Representative Office. Once you have notified us, you are not liable for any unauthorised charges.

24K. After a Company registers for this service, Card Members must then enrol individually with American Express. In addition, proof of identity to comply with government requirements may be required. Card Members will be informed via post when they have been enrolled and will be supplied with a PIN. Maximum cash limit of AUD 6,500 applies.

25K. Membership Rewards enrolment is automatic and subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program available here.
