Online Services
During your Card activation process, you’ll be prompted to set up an Online Services Account.
This will allow you to securely pay your bill, view your transactions, download statements,
and more. Here’s a look:
The Amex App
The American Express Mobile App1 lets you manage your Account from the palm of
your hand and make savings on the go.
View transactions
Quickly and easily view the last 6 months of statements and sort by credit or debit transactions.
Track your points
Keep up to date with your Membership Rewards®2 points balance from the home screen (if enrolled).
Check your spending power
Ensure a larger-than-normal purchase will be approved in seconds and plan ahead with confidence.
Save with Amex Offers
Save Offers on your favourite brands to your Card and save when you spend with them3.
Card lock and Unlock
If you misplace your Card, you can use Card Lock in the Amex App to temporarily block spending on your physical Card, however you can still use your Card for online payments. Your Card will be automatically unlocked after 7 days.
Mobile payments
Make simple and secure payments in seconds when you link your American Express Corporate Card to your phone’s mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay).4
