1. Amex Presents Chocolate by Amaury Guichon

• The Chocolate by Amaury Guichon takeaway experience is a public event located at 20 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000 and will be open Thursday 8th May to Saturday 10th May from 10:00am - 5:00pm daily.
• All customers will be accommodated on a walk-in basis only. Advance bookings are not available. Wait times may apply.
• All customers (including non-Amex Card Members) can purchase the takeaway chocolate creation for A$15 per unit.
• The takeaway chocolate creation is available for purchase in-store only on a first-come, first served basis. Limit of four (4) desserts per customer. While stocks last.
• Amaury Guichon will make a special appearance at the takeaway experience between 10-11am daily across the event dates, Thursday 8th May – Saturday 10th May 2025.
• The first 100 American Express Card Members (including supplementary Card Members) to enter the takeaway experience between 10am-11am each day of the event are eligible to receive one complimentary takeaway chocolate creation each. Card Members must register via Amex PassTM on entry and present their unique QR Code to the American Express Brand Ambassador at the event to be eligible for the dessert voucher. These cannot be redeemable for cash or other payment form. Dessert vouchers are not available for guest/s of Card Members.
• All takeaway dessert sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the item is found to be defective or not as described.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to review any available allergen information before making a purchase.
• American Express is not responsible for the storage or condition of desserts once they have been purchased and taken off premises.

2. Amex Dessert Bar By Amaury Guichon & Maybe Sammy

   Friday 9th May & Saturday 10th May 2025, 5pm– 10pm

• The Amex Dessert Bar By Amaury Guichon & Maybe Sammy ticketed experience is available exclusively to American Express Card Members to book from Thursday, 17th April 2025 to Thursday 8th May 2025 at 9am AEST OR until sold out. Ticket limits apply. Subject to availability.
• A confirmed reservation is required for entry. Reservations are strictly 45-minutes, commencing from the first session of the day at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving 15-minutes prior to your reservation start time for check-in. Due to the special nature of this event, unfortunately late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• Event ticket price is A$50.00 per person. There is a maximum of six (6) tickets that are purchasable per transaction.
• All diners must be 18+ years to attend.
• All diners will be served a pre-set bespoke dessert cocktail as a part of their bookable experience.
• Due to the strict session schedule, there will be no additional menu items available for purchase at this experience.
• Dietary requirements are to be provided at least 7 days prior to the event. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that all dietary needs will be met. Please advise at time booking if you require a non-alcoholic dessert cocktail.
• American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or damages suffered by guests at the event.

Cancellation Policy
Ticket sales are non-refundable and cannot be resold, offered, promoted or used as prizes or for any other commercial purpose. American Express reserves the right to amend or cancel any event and will provide reasonable notice if it does so. Should American Express cancel an event, tickets purchased to that event will be fully refunded to the Card used to purchase the tickets.

By acknowledging and attending this event, you hereby consent to the reproduction and use of your photographs for any or all advertising, promotional and publicity purposes without consideration, compensation, limitation or reservation by American Express Australia Limited, delicious. or any of their subsidiaries and affiliates, including participating venues. Should you not want to be featured, please contact a member of American Express, restaurant or delicious. staff immediately to make a request to not be included.  

Code of Conduct
American Express promotes a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for all Card Members and their guests at any American Express venue or experience. This includes a zero tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour, including (but not limited to) any level of abuse, such as aggressive or offensive behaviour toward any American Express/partner/event staff, any Card Member and their guests, or any other guests present within the American Express venue or experience. • All customers (including non-Amex Card Members) can purchase Morgan Hipworth’s limited edition American Express delicious. Month Out (AEDMO) takeaway dessert creation for A$8 per unit.
• Morgan Hipworth’s limited edition AEDMO dessert creation is available for purchase in-store only on a first-come, first served basis. While stocks last.
